By placing a pre-order for a TreasureTreat™, you agree to the following:
Pre-Order Status
TreasureTreats™ are currently in development. A pre-order is a reservation to receive one of the first TreasureTreats once we officially launch.
Fulfillment Timeline
Pre-orders will be fulfilled beginning November 15, 2025, as part of our pilot launch. We will provide regular updates by email to keep you informed of progress and delivery timelines.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of pre-order. This secures your reservation in our launch queue.
Changes
GR8FL LLC DBA TreasureTreats reserves the right to adjust capsule design, packaging, or delivery details during final development. All adjustments will maintain the quality and spirit of the experience.
Communication
By pre-ordering, you agree to receive order updates, launch announcements, and related TreasureTreats communications by email.
💰Refund Policy
Pre-Launch Refunds
You may request a full refund of your pre-order any time before your TreasureTreat is fulfilled. Refund requests must be sent to GetTreasureTreats@gmail.com.
Delayed Fulfillment
If TreasureTreats is unable to deliver your pre-order within six (6) months of the stated launch date, you are entitled to a full refund.
Case-by-Case Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for special circumstances, at the discretion of GR8FL LLC.
Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
